Every group gets the most out of their visit to Camp Y-Noah by choosing a focus for their programming. What are your group's objectives? Camp Y-Noah will customize a program to suit your company.

To start out, groups are challenged to think independently and work together to accomplish common goals with group activities at camp. Camp Y-Noah staff build a progression based on the group's needs and skills that need to be tuned. Mobile initiatives are the most effective group-building activities at camp, especially for day outings, or as a foundation before heading out to one of the ropes courses.

Low & High Ropes Challenge Courses

Whether you're working on teambuilding or creating a bonding experience for the individuals in your group, YMCA Camp Y-Noah low and high ropes programs can be a fun and challenging way for your group to grow.

Each of our programs is led by experienced facilitators. By giving the group goals to reach, the low ropes experience gives your team the opportunity to work on a variety of teambuilding skills. These activities are designed to promote an understanding of individual differences that can contribute to the whole. The high ropes experience is designed to create individual challenges that are achieved with group support.

At the end of the activities, our staff will work with the participants to process the events that were experienced by each individual. This exercise promotes personal reflection and facilitates personal change.

Recreational Activities

If you’d like to schedule time between sessions for your group to relax, or if the goal of your trip is to have fun and get to know one another outside of the work environment, then Camp Y-Noah is the place for you! We have two full basketball courts, a volleyball court, tennis courts, a soccer field and scenic hiking trails throughout our 250 acres. Your group can also schedule time to try the 25 ft. climbing wall, archery or BB ranges, horseback riding and canoeing, fishing or swimming at Lake Noah.
