Camp Y-Noah knows that people are a company's greatest resource. The success of any organization ultimately depends on how efficiently its members work together to achieve shared goals. Camp Y-Noah offers a dynamic setting for your employee teambuilding programs. Communication, trust and respect—these are the building blocks upon which successful teamwork is built. At Camp Y-Noah the discovery of these foundations is made possible though a combination of group initiative challenges and access to outdoor low ropes elements and high ropes adventure activities. Adaptable indoor programs are also available for persons of various ages or physical abilities.

Included is a teambuilding program that values qualities such as creative problem solving, positive conflict management, exploration of techniques for effective use of resources, change management and leadership skills. Corporate Leadership Development programs can be as short as a three-hour "meeting breaker" or as long as a multiple overnight stay. Meals and catering are available to accommodate any type of dining.

Perfect for meetings and trainings, our Omnova Solutions Foundation Leadership Development Center includes two separate meeting rooms: one seats 40 theater-style or 32 at tables, and the other seats up to 15 in a lounge atmosphere. The facility also features the outdoor Snyder Amphitheater with capacity for up to 80 people. A TV/VCR, overhead projector, wall mounted dry erase board, and flip chart and easel are available for presentations. Get away from the office, phones, and emails for a day, and concentrate on goals, projects, or fun for the office team!

We offer catered meals or buffet style dining at the Leadership Development Center or in our modern, fully winterized dining hall. The dining hall seats up to 220 and has a large stone fireplace and PA system.
