SilverSneakers

The SilverSneakers Fitness Program is offered in partnership with select health plans at no additional cost to the eligible members ages 65 years and older. Any eligible participant is entitled to a basic membership to the Akron Area YMCA. This membership includes participation in the SilverSneakers classes, other classes offered by the YMCA, guidance from qualified instructors, social activities, and the use of the YMCA facilities. Please ask the member service desk for qualifying health plans or for any other questions.
