Healthy Living through Healthy Attitudes

Built in 1950, the East Akron YMCA is home to many different YMCA programs, most notably the YMCA Phoenix Programs, which began in 1991.

The Phoenix school is a fully accredited behavior-modification program, designed to serve as a coeducational alternative for adolescents ages 12-18, who are involved with the court system and/or have academic or behavioral problems. All credits earned while attending Phoenix will transfer to the student's home school.

Summer Teen Activity

This program is designed to occupy, educate and empower teens during the summer months, by providing activities, workshops and field trips that will forever impact their lives, overall outlook and personal goals.
 
A Night at the Races
Join Us!
Join us for A Night at the Races!  This event will be at Raintree Country Club on August 13th at 7 p.m.  We'll enjoy dinner, "horse races", and an opportunity to be photographed with one of Camp Y-Noah's most beautiful horses.
